What do you sell?

We carry curated soy candles, incense, reed diffusers, room sprays, and more from American and Japanese artisan brands: P.F. Candle Co., Dilo, Broken Top Candle Co., Candlefy, Studio Stockhome, Calyan Wax Co., Looshi, Putnam Designs, and Shoyeido.

What kind of wax are your candles made with?

Mostly soy. A few of our makers use beeswax or a coconut-soy blend. All hand-poured in small batches with phthalate-free fragrance oils and cotton-core wicks.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We’re by appointment. Text (831) 295-2076 and we’ll set a time. Small shop, small staff, so a quick text saves everyone a trip.

Do you ship?

We're local pickup only, and we like it that way. Every scent on the shelf is something we've smelled and decided is worth carrying, and pickup lets us hand it to you with a little context (and sometimes a second fragrance to try).

How does pickup work?

Order online, and we'll email you when it's ready. Reply to the email or text (831) 295-2076 and we'll set a pickup time at 311 Soquel Ave, Santa Cruz.

How soon can I pick up my order?

Most orders are ready within an hour or two. If you need it sooner for a gift, a trip, or a dinner party, reply to your confirmation email and we'll usually make it work.

311 Soquel Ave, Santa Cruz, CA. Turn down Dakota Ave between The Hindquarter and Midtown Animal Health Veterinary Clinic, then take the first right into the parking lot just past the restaurant. We're directly in front of you as you turn in. Walkable from Pacific Ave and the Riverwalk.
