What a Team Scent Event Looks Like
Your team gets the bar to themselves and smells through a curated lineup of about ten fragrances, side by side. Everything comes through scent tubes instead of spraying, so the whole group can compare the same scent without the room turning into a cloud.
We can make it as educational as you want. Some teams want the full walkthrough of scent families, notes, and how a fragrance is built. Others just want to smell things, argue about sandalwood, and have a good time. Both formats work; the default is somewhere in the middle.
By the end, everyone has figured out what they like, what they do not, and why. Each person can take home decants of their favorites, which beats another branded water bottle by a wide margin.

It levels the room
Nobody is expected to be an expert, so the usual hierarchies fade. The quiet person and the loud person are on equal footing in front of a scent tube.
Conversation happens on its own
Smell is personal without being invasive. People react, compare picks, and talk naturally, with no icebreaker script required.
It cannot happen over Zoom
Smell needs physical presence, which makes it a strong pick for distributed teams meeting up in person. It makes the trip feel worth it.

Our shop at 311 Soquel Ave, a four minute walk from Pacific Ave, or we bring the scent bar to your office or offsite venue in the Santa Cruz area. It pairs well with a team dinner downtown or an afternoon by the water.
